Brown 200g onion & 2kg chicken portions together in a pot. Add 1L water, cover pot with lid and cook until meat is tender. Mix W/C Chicken Stew sachet with 250ml water and add to chicken stirring occasionally (use less water if chicken is too watery once it’s cooked). Add 500g carrots and 500g potatoes (peeled and cubed), simmer until sauce thickens and vegetables are cooked.
